About Me


Hi, I’m Sarah, a fan of all things health, fitness and yoga. This year I became a mother, to my gorgeous baby boy Franklin and it's the best and most important job I've ever had. 

One thing I've came to realise more than ever is we are all just trying our best. So take a breath and be a little kinder to yourself.

in 2018 I started journaling and found it very cathartic so I thought, what better way to begin my maternity leave than to start a blog. So here we are now, me and my ramblings. I hope my posts can bring a smile or comfort to you one way or another. Thank you for reading :)

What matters to me?

Well first and foremost is my family and friends, cliche but true!  I'm very lucky to have some incredible people around me, most importantly my husband, my gorgeous baby Franklin and our fur baby Kali <3

As a family we love to explore new places (especially sunny ones!) go for nice walks and try new food.


Leading a healthy lifestyle is very important to me. I've always had a love of fitness and keeping active, 8 years ago I found yoga and meditation which has kept me going through every obstacle and challenge throughout the years and I truly LOVE it! Both practicing and teaching.

I like to eat well and feel good! I've suffered with eczema since I was four years old and it took me a long time to realise that what I was putting into my body was affecting me just as much as what I was putting onto my skin and external factors. 

My Qualifications

BA Hons degree in Business with marketing and event management. (Can't say I've really used it)

For the past ten years I have worked for a fashion company. as a visual merchandiser and trainer.

I've always wanted to keep up with dance and fitness as a focus for myself and my own personal goals. I love to teach and help others too.

At the age of 17 I qualified as a freestyle dance teacher and taught at a dance school. I also danced and performed varies circus skills for events in bars, nightclubs and arenas throughout my twenties.  I completed my level 3 PT training during this time but have only really used this for personal gain.

More recently in  2018 I completed 200hr Vinyasa Yoga Teacher training and Aerial yoga training. I teach weekly vinyasa yoga classes but haven't started up the aerial yet as I found out I was pregnant just two weeks after completing the training!

I am now also recently completed my pre and post natal yoga training (including mum & baby) and it was so so great completing each step as I was going through pregnancy and as a new mum myself. I feel this really depend my understanding and I have such a passion for this now.
